CANCELLATION POLICY — SINGABAKA MOYA
Plans change. Here's how cancellations work at SINGABAKA MOYA.
Before Dispatch You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
After Dispatch Once an order has been handed over to our courier, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the order, please refuse delivery or request a return under our Refund Policy once it arrives. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations.
Cancellations by SINGABAKA MOYA We may need to cancel an order in rare cases — for example, if a product is unexpectedly out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot verify payment. In such cases we will notify you and refund any amount paid in full.

- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- We will confirm the outcome within 2 business days.
